Re-linking a Mobile Device

To re-link a mobile, please follow these steps:

 

1. Go to Mobile Tab, select the Mobile device that you want to re-link via A. Select Mobile for Export and then select S. Send System Commands to Control Selected Mobile.

 

2. In System Commands follow the diagram below:

3. Using the CleanLink Mobile App on the mobile device,  go to Settings and Relink Device. Then follow the diagram below:

4. You now need to approve the link from Site Manager. This is done by going to Mobile Tab, select the Mobile device that you want to approve link via A. Select Mobile for Export and then select S. Send System Commands to Control Selected Mobile and then the following:

You can check the status of any of your mobile devices by selecting the Mobile Status button. This will start your Internet Browser, and show the following screen from the CleanLink Portal:

Check that the status for the mobile device is Enabled.

 

5. Now that the mobile device is linked you need to send data to it by completing below:
