The Site Report button provides a detailed report of the individual site selected. You can choose a number of details to include or exclude as shown below.


Invoices: Includes details of any invoices for the site including price, frequency and next due date.
Budgets: Includes details of any budgets applicable to the site.
Worksheets: Shows any current worksheets for the site.
Staff: Shows the staff number, name, regular pay and contact details for all staff linked to the site.
Contracted Hours: Includes a summary of Contracted Hours and Rates for the site.
Contracted Items: Includes any stock items included in the contract.
Specification: Includes the Specification of regular work.
PPE Required: Details any protective equipment required at the site.
High RA Ratings: Details any Site Hazards with a High Risk Assessment Rating (Yellow or Red).
Machinery: Details any machines linked to the site.
