CleanLink mobile is an addition to CleanLink Base. It allows operatives to carry up to date site information on an iPhone or iPad, and soon on some Android Devices.
Several common tasks can be performed on the Mobile:
Site Information.
Site Audits.
Staff on Site.
Cleaning Specification.
Hazards on Site.
Machinery on Site.
Take on New Staff.
Order Stores.
Staff Appraisal.
Site Review.
Worksheets.
The information is sent back to CleanLink Base for updating Sites, processing stores orders, and creating Actions.
Obtain a CleanLink Mobile Demo App
From iTunes App store load the CleanLink app ‘CL Mobile’ on to your Device.
Start the app and ‘Continue without linking’
This is a demo version which gives you a full working model with six Sites and Staff. The ‘Inbox’ has partly completed Audits, Stores Order, New Staff Form, Site Review, Staff Review, Worksheet and a Complaint. You can create more from any Site. This version does not link to the web server for sending and receiving.
The app will work on iPhone, iPad and the iPod Touch (iOS v 4.2 or higher), and soon on some Android Devices.
