Cleanlink have developed an interface to link with various Time and Attendance systems.
The aim of this function is to send new staff and clients to a chosen T&A system and receive worked hours for staff and then transfer these into the payroll.
The data being received contains the exact working time in hours and minutes. In general, it is not possible to import this to the payroll directly as this would mean paying odd amounts to the staff. It has been shown that these ‘raw’ times tend to be within minutes of the scheduled working time and if paid would result in the staff being paid 2 hours 2 minutes one day, 1 hour 58 minutes the next etc. As a result a set of parameters have been added to control this. The screens that this received data is displayed on also shows the Timesheet Data from the CleanLink Mobile App.
To install the interface it is necessary to make some system changes to the PC’s that will be downloading the data. This must only be carried out by CleanLink personnel, or your IT department under the guidance of CleanLink personnel, (see separate document).
