Holiday Year Starts - The month in which the holiday year starts.

Sites - The Site where the Staff Member works.

Accrued - Holidays accrued to date.

B/F - Holidays brought forwards from previous year.

Taken - Holidays taken this year.

Days O/S - Days off sick this year.
