There are two ways of receiving data from mobile devices - Automatically or by clicking the N. Get Data and then the O. Received Data buttons.

Auto Checking reduces the amount of work involved in processing incoming data. When auto-checking is turned on, Site Manager scans the incoming data folders at the interval set up in the parameters. If any data is found it is then processed according to the auto import settings. We recommend that auto-checking is not used on a PC that is being used for general processing. This is because all other processes are stopped while the auto-processing is running which may result in long delays to your current work. Ideally auto-checking should be run on a PC not generally used for Site Manager or on the server.
To set the Auto Check parameters select R. Maintain Mobile Parameters
Use the General tab to input the 'Wipe settings'. If the number of PIN attempts or days of non use are exceeded, the data on the Mobile device will be Wiped and the device will need to be re-set.
Use the Send tab to set various controls on sending data and to configure a specific clause associated with the signature on an audit.
Use the Receive tab to i) configure how often your system will check for data to import, and ii) select which items are to be imported automatically by ticking the corresponding boxes. Items that are not ticked will require manual processing. The frequency that the Auto Check is run can also be set for values between 1 and 99 minutes.
Note: Any import where any of the site information has been amended will not be imported automatically and will need to be checked and manually imported.
First select Mobile > N.Get Data. This will ensure that any data for importing has been collected from the CleanLink Web Server
Then select the O. Received Data menu button.
