CleanLink Site Manager enables you to monitor staff training and qualifications for both individual staff and or your workforce as a whole. You determine which qualifications to keep records of and what, if any, notification of expiry you will receive.

 

Qualifications may be anything, positive or negative, that you wish to record. For example training courses taken, contract expiry or formal warnings issued.

 

Documents, such as images of certificates or copies of letters may be attached to staff records through the Documents tab. See Documents Tab for further information.
