CleanLink Site Manager enables you to deal with changes to the National Minimum Wage in a simple and efficient way.

 

Please note that this process will NOT update any "In Progress" Payroll cycles.

 

To update hourly rates  in accordance with the National Minimum Wage go to Setups > 27. Advanced > Staff and Sites Pay Rates.

 

 

It is recommended that you run the report before processing the update.

 

 

This will produce a report showing which rates need to be updated.

 

 

If you are happy with the report you can now run the update.

 

 

A new report will be created confirming the updates.
