Staff Timesheets

Timesheets are used to record the hours that your staff work in a period. Information from the Jobs in the staff file or Pay Regular from the Site record is used to populate the paysheet with the hours that the staff are expected to work at each site.

 

The paysheets are paper-based timesheets that can be printed off for a pay period, be it weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly. It is possible to print for an individual site by using the Paysheets button in the Site record. It is also possible to create Paysheets for multiple sites via the Pay tab: Pay> B. Regular Paysheets.

 

Printed Paysheets can be marked up with any changes to the hours/days worked at a site and any additional staff that have worked at a site. The marked up Paysheets can then be returned to head office for updating as part of the payroll cycle.You can also create Electronic Timesheets using Microsoft Excel or Mobile Timesheets for Apple or Android mobile devices.
