Quality Control Reports can be run either for an individual site via Clients > B. Maintain Sites > QC or for a wider range from the Quality Ctrl Tab.
Individual Site Reports:

NOTE: When selecting any of the reports, unless you are selecting the print sheet (from the B. Maintain Sites > QC tab), all Type/Locations for the current Client/Site will be printed.
Use this to print out a Marks Sheet for manual recording of marks.


Use the Dialogue box to select the report criteria

This prints a copy of the currently selected visit.



This option enables you to send a full copy of a visit via email.


To view a summary report of Regular visits go to Quality Ctrl tab and click on C. Regular Visits.


In order to print blank marks sheets or report previous marks for an area go to Quality Ctrl tab and then click on D. Report Marks.


To print notes and average scores for sites or to print sites that have not been contacted or visited go to Quality Ctrl tab and then click on E. Report Visits.

To print out visits that have been either over or under the trigger percentage go to Quality Ctrl tab and then click on F. Report Trigger Details

To print Contact, Address and Telephone details of sites go to Quality Ctrl tab and select G. Report Visit Details



To print full versions of all selected audits within a date range go to Quality Ctrl tab and select H. Detailed Report.

To print details of all outstanding audits for a specified date range go to Quality Ctrl tab and select I. Outstanding Visits.


To print details of Service Reviews for a specified date range go to Quality Ctrl tab and select J. Service Review Report.
